Support Worker (Complex Needs) – Stroud | £14/hr 

We’re looking for a dedicated Support Worker in the Stroud area to support individuals with complex needs, including learning disabilities and mental health challenges. This is a rewarding one-to-one role where your compassion and independence will make a real impact.

✨ The Role:

• Provide tailored 1:1 care in a domiciliary setting (not residential)

• Support clients with a range of needs — emotional, behavioural, and practical

• Join in on day-to-day activities including walks and community outings

• Build strong, trusting relationships with service users

✅ You must:

• Have experience managing complex needs and mental health

• Be confident working independently

• Hold a valid driving licence (business insurance preferred — support offered)

• Ideally already have a DBS on the Update Service

• Be fluent in English, as clear communication is essential
