Housing Officer – Bristol | £14.83 per Hour | 2-Month Contract

Are you an experienced Housing Officer looking for your next opportunity in Bristol? We are currently recruiting for a 2-month temporary contract with an immediate start, offering £14.83 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting tenancy visits and property inspections
• Investigating and resolving tenancy-related issues
• Dealing with anti-social behaviour cases
• Working closely with residents, contractors, and partner agencies
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring excellent customer service

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Housing Officer or within housing management or similar
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage a varied caseload and work independently
• A DBS registered on the Update Service is essential due to the immediate start date
