Oscar is pioneering a new software category: the Data Layer for the Autonomous Enterprise. We are mapping the "human genome" of enterprise workflows, processing terabytes of real-time data to contextualize how work actually happens across global organizations.

We are looking for a next-level engineer to join us at the bleeding edge. You won’t be following a playbook; you’ll be writing it—designing new data primitives, scaling billion-event pipelines, and turning LLMs into sophisticated production systems.

What You’ll Do

• Ship TypeScript-first full-stack systems at high velocity
• Build real-time pipelines and backend infrastructure at scale
• Turn LLMs into production systems, not demos
• Work directly with customers and shape the product
• Own problems end-to-end and figure it out

 What You Need

• Strong TypeScript (non-negotiable)
• React + modern frontend stack (Vite, TanStack)
• Backend experience (NestJS or similar)
• SQL + PostgreSQL
• Cloud (AWS/GCP), Docker, CI/CD
• LLM API experience (you’ve built real things, not toy projects)
