Facilities and Operations Admin (J3836) Southampton, England

Salary: GBP14.19 - GBP14.19 per hour

Job Purpose: Provide administrative support to the Engineering and Maintenance department within Estates and Facilities, reporting to the Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer calls, including emergencies, and raise maintenance requests in Planon.
  • Draft correspondence and provide general administrative support.
  • Maintain databases and spreadsheets, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Support document creation and control and manage shared resources on SharePoint.
  • Raise purchase orders and handle finance queries using Agresso.
  • Manage diaries, arrange meetings, and organize events.
  • Take and transcribe meeting notes.
  • Handle photocopying, printing, and document binding.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Experience with database management and administrative tasks
