Job Purpose: Provide administrative support to the Engineering and Maintenance department within Estates and Facilities, reporting to the Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer calls, including emergencies, and raise maintenance requests in Planon.
- Draft correspondence and provide general administrative support.
- Maintain databases and spreadsheets, ensuring data accuracy.
- Support document creation and control and manage shared resources on SharePoint.
- Raise purchase orders and handle finance queries using Agresso.
- Manage diaries, arrange meetings, and organize events.
- Take and transcribe meeting notes.
- Handle photocopying, printing, and document binding.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Experience with database management and administrative tasks
