Test Manager - BAU/UAT
As a Test Manager you will be responsible for the delivery of the business testing service. You will provide initiation, definition, delivery and closure of testing plans to agreed timelines, cost and quality and report accordingly.
You will manage a team of business testers and/or allocated business resource, ensuring staff ownership and understanding of the quality systems and their impact on business/customer service.
More responsibilities:
Manage Trade (GTP) BAU portfolio
Write high level Test Strategy (if required)
Write UAT (User Acceptance Test) plan
Be involved in team resource planning
Draft milestone planning
Monitor budget and report exceptions to plan.
Your profile
ISTQB certificate or studying
Detailed practical experience of test stage design, planning and execution and UAT
Proven experience of managing and delivering large-scale (>6 months duration) complex projects and or programmes to time, cost and quality with limited supervision
Proven experience in working with offshore (virtual) teams
Flexible as to working hours (working with virtual teams in different time zones)
Able to decide independently
Excellent English language skills
