Our client are a global data solutions provider, searching for a data center Building Management System (BMS) Engineer.
You'll design, implement, and maintain BMS solutions. This is an opportunity to work at a senior role in a major global provider
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and integrate BMS solutions (including HVAC, power distribution, fire suppression, and security systems).
- Work with project teams to implement new BMS solutions & upgrade existing systems.
- Identify opportunities for system automation, energy efficiency, and cost savings.
- Ensure BMS solutions comply with industry standards & safety regulations.
- Work as necessary with compliance teams for audits and inspections.
- Documentation, training, and support.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in BMS, EPMS, or FMCS.
- Experience in data centers (preferred).
- Knowledge of BMS, HVAC systems, electrical systems, and automation protocols (e.g., BACnet, Modbus).
- Experience in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Must be fluent in Japanese.
