We are looking for Operations Administrator to join a company who rent vehicles to other businesses. It is Full-time, Permanent role located in Ringwood.

The successful candidate will provide a professional support to the Operations Manager with the daily operations of the site.
You’ll be:
- Checking New Business finance documentation
- Annual Audits of Contract Hire customers
- Validate New Business Transactions
- Negotiate with funders regarding rates/margins and head rooms each month
- Oversee Operational Cost, Risk and Audit activities
- Reconcile funder payments
- Calculate settlements and distribute invoices
- Complete annual audits
- Collecting and billing of monthly rentals
- Reconcile funder payments
- Calculate settlements/terminations
- Processing end of lease deals
- Managing all annual reviews, for employees and clients
- Monitor all staff holidays
- Evaluate current operational strategies and suggest improvements
You’ll have:
- Knowledge and understanding of nominal rates, net present value (NPV) and using Freehand
- Knowledge of documentation, procedure and requirements for all funders
- A full valid UK Driving licence
- Excellent administrational knowledge
- The ability to mentor and develop a successful team
