Microsoft 365 SME – Remote
Opening for a Microsoft 365 specialist with our global financial services client for an initial 6 month contract. Work will be remote for the duration of the contract at a day rate of £410 per day.
This position is to support the clients global supply chain management and business stakeholders as the SME for Microsoft 365 applications; primarily PowerApps and Power Automate.
Role Outline:
• Define process workflows for operational management of End User request workflows
• BAU management of Microsoft 365 applications in use within Supply Chain Management
• Identification of process and workflow issues preventing End User functionality
• Managing process and workflow changes to address identified issues; includes wider stakeholder engagement and analysis to assure adequate control mechanisms remain in place
• Analysis of required controls, and ensuring workflow processes in place
• Identifying opportunities and developing enhancement projects to meet defined objectives
• Analysis and reporting to support S2P process management and optimization
• This role has a global impact across the organisation and will require collaboration with stakeholders across the globe.
• Strong relationship management skills will be highly beneficial.
• Management of change and implementation of initiatives will be key
+ Ability to understand the impact of change at the organizational level is a core requirement.
Ideally you will have comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications.
Primary responsibility will be the implementation, management, development and testing of request/intake mechanisms based on PowerApps workflows. An understanding of Power Automate will also be advantageous.
