Sales Support Administrator (Data Entry) – 12 months – (London/Remote)
New opening for a data entry technician to work as a Sales Support Administrator for our prestigious global tech client. This is initially a 12 month contract paying £10-£14 per hour. Flexible home working will be available with up to 2 days a week expected in the London office.
As a Sales Support Administrator, you will support the sales team by bridging the gap between the clients’ largest sales platforms. You will be at the forefront of day to day problem solving for internal sales requests.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Route deals to appropriate owners to optimize sales operations
Match clients existing customer and reseller database to that of the wider group
Analyse and assign cases in accordance with sales rules
Conduct end-customer research
Review and verify applications from partners
Work cross-functionally with teams to respond to critical sales issues

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVES)
Strong organisational skills coupled with the ability to multitask
Capable of working in a high energy and deal volume environment
Comfortable working to deadlines
Meticulous attention to detail
Team-oriented with strong communication skills
Outstanding written and verbal skills, computer proficient
Experience in Sales Support or data entry position
