A new opening has arisen with our prestigious Banking client in Liverpool. They are looking for a Project Administrator to join their team in Liverpool (Hybrid). Initially this will be on a contract basis although there is strong potential for this role to become permanent. The rate available is £470 per day via Umbrella company or £400 per day PAYE.
You will be coming into a business area that includes responsibilities for continuous improvement and robotics. As the Project Administrator you will be operating at Senior Level, working closely with the Banks senior stakeholders.
This is a an admin focussed role that that is very data heavy and will involve writing business/management reports for senior members. You will be responsible for providing support to senior managers in what is an ever changing role with numerous support/admin duties for senior Management.
The wide range of duties can range from being involved in compliance surveys for senior management, to data gathering for continuous improvement. Looking at processes, seeing how people work and writing process work flows. Work will also involve policy wring and reviewing UAT.
Due to the nature of the role and the seniority of the management. It will be preferred if you have come from a supervisory background or have some supervisory experience. Whist this role won’t involve any management, the key information required in reports will need to be presented in a certain way. Prior supervisory experience will be preferred as you will have an understanding of how to present management reports, keeping the information precise and specific to what is required for each report
Experience working within Financial Services will also be required. This doesn’t necessarily have to be banking but some financial services experience will be required.
