Our client is a leading property management company who are looking to expand their Customer Service team. The role will require you to liaise with customers over the phone and carry out any follow up admin and emails with the wider business.

The Customer Service team are focused on the quality they deliver and it’s an exciting time to join them, as you can be part of their growing success.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a contact centre, be used to working to KPI’s whilst delivering high level service.
