  • Develop commercial solutions for complex commercial issues and  manage resolution of commercial claims with customers;
  • Draft and negotiate contract terms with customers using appropriate techniques and strategies;
  • Develop and implement contracting and negotiation strategies for new business;
  • Support the commercial development of product and service offerings;
  • Identify potential risks and liabilities in proposals and contracts and negotiate amendments to minimise business risk;
  • Instruct and administer new and existing business agreements providing trusted advice and guidance;
  • Manage the sales team.
