Head of Talent (m/f) (JN -022021-2009227) Lisbon, Portugal

To Lead, Support and Design the HR strategy processes and tools with special emphasis on Talent, L&D, Performance and management;
Proactively collaborate with all levels and areas within the organization in order to create strong and solid successions and development plans;
Align the Talent Management strategies, securing the HIPO's development;
Responsible for developing and implementing the Talent Acquisition Strategy on a national level based on present and future business needs;
Lead the definition and execution of the national Employer Branding approach, guaranteeing the alignment with the guidelines;
Secure a business and value-driven diversity in succession processes;
Trains and advises managers in HR processes, Implements Change Management initiatives;
Provides coaching, mentoring and development of managers and team development.
