Head of Accounting and Tax (m/f) (JN -102021-4505152) Lisbon, Portugal

Salary:	EUR49000 - EUR56000 per annum

Ensure compliance with the accounting closing and reporting schedule defined by the Group Supervision and review of the monthly accounting closing and the respective financial statements of the Group companies in Portugal;
Definition/optimization of work methods and processes in the area, as well as in the interconnection with other areas of the companies (Management Control, Procurement, Accounts Receivable, and Treasury);
Responsible for interconnecting with the IT team, namely in terms of optimizing/altering SAP ERP in order to ensure correct financial recognition of transactions and optimize task execution times;
Monitoring the statutory audit work in accordance with the SNC regulations and for the Group (according to the international standard-IFRS) in connection with the respective internal and external entities;
Responsible for the process of preparing the statutory ABDR's;
Responsible for complying with tax obligations and for managing the Dossier of documentation and support for transfer pricing in connection with the Group's Tax Planning Tax Area and respective tax consultants;
Monitoring of tax inspections in connection with the Tax Authority and tax consultants.
