Job Description
- Assist with the design of technical and functional requirements for data integration projects (main data sources SAP, Agile Oracle, Lotus Notes, Jira)
- Develop backend DWH / Information hub architecture
- Advises and recommends best practices for design, development, and testing of ETL processes
- Under direction of the Business analyst aligns the ETL environments with operational and business needs and strategies, interaction with business users for error resolution and design enhancements
- Assist in the development of front end reporting and analytics solutions for the data warehouse
- Participate in data quality initiatives to profile and cleanse data
- Develop ETL architecture standards, procedures and policies
- Maintenance of existing DWH environment.
Reporting
- Monitoring and Reporting of the ETL jobs
Documentation
- Create and maintain all relevant documentation
Requirements
Tools
- Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio
- Microsoft SQL Server Data Tools (SSIS & SSRS)
- Theobald for SSIS (SQL Services Integration Services)
- Power Platform
- Azure Sql DB & Azure Data Factory
Work experience
- 3+ years designing ETL solutions for data migration or data integration
- 5+ years with IT projects and software development
- 3+ years SQL Server and Azure experience
