Freelance Data Analysis position available.
As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting teams that design and improve digital customer experiences. Your focus will be on complex end-to-end (E2E) journeys, such as moving from online inspiration to booking an in-store appointment. These journeys span multiple teams and touch points, and your mission is to bring clarity to that complexity.
You will analyse customer flows, identify friction points, and define what success looks like across the full journey. You’ll support A/B testing, market comparisons, and proactively flag under performing experiences. Your insights will be shared through clear dashboards that empower teams to make data-informed decisions.
Must-have: Strong analytical skills, SQL, stakeholder management, and experience with funnels or customer journeys.
Nice-to-have: GCP, BigQuery, Python, and experience in retail or ecommerce environments.
