We are seeking a Data Analyst to support personalization efforts across multiple teams in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. This is a hands-on role focused on turning data into meaningful insights, building dashboards, and helping teams make better decisions through clear data storytelling.

You will be on visualization, analysis, and strategic input. You’ll collaborate with various stakeholders but won’t be embedded in a single team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys navigating ambiguity and contributing to the foundation of a growing data organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze user behavior and personalization performance across e-commerce platforms
• Build and maintain dashboards to visualize key metrics and trends
• Deliver actionable insights to product, marketing, and personalization teams
• Support A/B testing analysis and performance tracking
• Help shape strategic decisions with data-driven recommendations
• Work independently while collaborating across teams

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst in an e-commerce environment
• Strong skills in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
• Solid understanding of A/B testing and performance metrics
• Excellent communication skills – able to translate data into clear insights
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving environment
• Experience working across multiple teams or in a shared analyst role is a plus
