About the Opportunity:

 Would you be interested in working with one of our clients in Dubai who are an integrated supplier of offshore operations, well services technology and engineering solutions? They are looking for an experienced HR & Payroll Specialist to join their team. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage and support end to end payroll processes across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy, timely processing, and compliance with local labor regulations.
• Support payroll activities in an international context, including exposure to multiple currencies, exchange rate impacts, and coordination with regional or external payroll providers
• Maintain and manage HR systems (HRIS, payroll systems, benefits platforms), ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and correct use of organizational codes and cost centers

Requirements:

• You must already be located in the UAE - Dubai (the work location is in JAFZA)
• You must have handled payroll for multiple countries (at least 3 different countries) at once, simultaneously involving different currencies and exchange rates.
• Good familiarity with MS Excel for handling payroll.
• Good with numbers
• Fluent in English language for communication
