Our client is seeking a highly organised and dependable Personal Assistant to join their team in Kuala Lumpur. This full-time, permanent role offers the opportunity to work closely with the Director, providing high-level confidential support and managing a variety of tasks.
The successful candidate will have excellent time management skills, be comfortable with pets, and possess a positive attitude. They will also be expected to work independently with minimum supervision, demonstrating their ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

What you'll do:
As a Personal Assistant, your role will involve acting as the first point of contact for the Director, dealing with correspondence and phone calls. You will maintain an organised system for tracking, monitoring and prioritising tasks. Your responsibilities will also include planning and organising extensive travel and accommodation when required. You will conduct research on behalf of the Director, perform personal shopping tasks, run errands independently, and provide high level confidential support to all of the Director's personal & business matters. Additionally, you will manage and coordinate the Director’s electronic diary by prioritising and arranging appointments.

- Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as assigned
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Personal Assistant role will bring a wealth of experience from previous Secretary or PA positions. You should have excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Your proactive nature combined with your flexibility, dependability and independence make you a valuable addition to any team. Your strong administrative, planning and organisational skills are complemented by your proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Minimum 5-8 years working experience in related Secretary / PA position
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Pro-active, quick, flexible, adaptability, dependable, independent, highly organized team player
- Experience in information finding or research using reliable resources
- Strong administrative, planning and organizational skills
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
