Your new role
Freelance Site Manager to support with holiday cover on a scheme in the Kings Lynn area. As Site Manager, you will be taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of site operations and ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.
Duties:
- Oversee daily site activities and subcontractor management
- Drive health & safety compliance across the project
- Monitor programme performance and quality standards
- Coordinate labour, materials and site logistics
- Maintain strong communication with project stakeholders
- Ensure works are delivered on time and to specification
What you'll need to succeed
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates
- Proven experience as a Site Manager working for a main contractor
- Available to start at short notice
