Data Project Manager – Data Warehouse – Midlands Based
Senior-Level Project Manager required for an established organisation based in Stoke on Trent, where you will be responsible for leading several data projects in relation to the organisation’s data warehouse/data estate. The role is part of an ongoing business & technology transformation, and will initially start as a 12 month FTC. The position is expected to be 2 days in the office, the rest from home.
This role would ideally suit an experienced Project Manager, with previous experience working with Microsoft technology/Data Warehousing/SQL.
Key Skills for the Role
- Previous experience project managing data projects, preferably in the data warehousing space, with Microsoft technology (Azure Data Lake, Purview, Synapse & PowerBI).
- Experience of a range of data warehouse architectures and related ecosystems.
- Experience in leading an agile approach to project delivery, using cross functional teams and virtual scrums, with appointed 3rd party technology delivery partners.
- Proven stakeholder management experience, alongside demonstrable experience working with 3rd party suppliers/vendors.
- Experience working in a fast-paced technology/business environment.
Salary
The salary for this position is flexible between £70,000 – £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits.
