Application Support Analyst – Clinical Systems – Remote

Crimson is delighted to partner with a rapidly expanding Technology business who are investing heavily in their team and systems development. They are looking to expand their team further with an Application Support Analyst, who has previous experience working with Clinical/Hospital Systems. This is an excellent time to join the business and they go through rapid expansion.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience supporting Clinical/hospital/GP systems.

Key Responsibilities of the role:

• Provide application support to users remotely, and assisting with projects and go-live with new customers.
• Providing clinical implementation of systems for new customers by assisting with customisation, configuration, testing etc.
• Delivering system training to new customers and advanced training to existing customers
• Liaise with customers to ensure customer requests and requirements are realised by the development team.

Key Skills required

• Previous experience working with clinical systems is essential for this role
• Ability to speak with a wide range of end users, with differing levels of technical competence.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• There will be a requirement to travel 5 times in a year in the UK for a couple of days for go-live projects which will be fully expensed.

Salary:

Our client is offering a salary between £40,000 – £50,000 per annum, with a variety of excellent benefits available on offer. The role will be remote working but would ideally suit candidates based in the Midlands or South, due to the location of the clients for this business.
