Cloud Operations Manager – SAAS – Warrington/Flexible
Cloud Operations Manager required for a leading software provider based in the North-West (Manchester & Warrington offices), where you will be responsible for the availability, security, resilience and disaster recovery procedures for the software solutions. Within the role, you will be responsible for Infrastructure, DevOps, Application/Platform Support and Release Assurance. The role will be a couple of days in the office, with the rest from home.
The ideal candidate will have previous Cloud Operations Management experience, preferably from a SAAS background, within a high availability 365, 24/7 operational environment.

Key Skills
- Proven track record of working within a mission-critical, high availability (365, 24x7) operational environment.
- Previous experience of running cloud operations for an enterprise SAAS service.
- Strong experience of leading specialist teams within an enterprise, IT Security operations environment.
- Technical background and knowledge in DevOps, Azure & AWS.
- Extensive experience managing budgets, people, tools, policies and 3rd party suppliers.
- Disciplined and focused in upholding and maintaining operational processes, with experience of driving automation and monitoring to provide increase, dependable deployment frequency.

Salary
The salary on offer for the position is a competitive salary up to £80,000 per annum, plus excellent benefits including bonus, private medical etc.
