BI/Data Development Team Lead – ETL/SQL - Stoke
Business Intelligence Team Lead required for a leading organisation based close to Stoke-On-Trent, where you will play a key part in leading a talented team of BI Developers to deliver high-quality for purpose solutions. You will also play a major role in identifying and implementing new technologies to support the advancement of BI within the organisation at all levels of the tech stack.
The ideal candidate will have proven hands-on Business intelligence experience, with experience leading a highly technical team.
Key Skills of the role
- Previous experience in a Senior BI Developer/BI Team Lead position
- Demonstrable knowledge and expertise in SQL Server (T-SQL – including strong performance tuning skills), Microsoft Development Tools (SSIS), Development of Reporting layers (ideally on Power BI).
- Highly desirable to have working knowledge and experience of Azure and Power BI (or a similar tool)
- Good understanding of ETL and Data Warehouse best practices.
- Ability to work with onshore and offshore team members.
- Broad business knowledge in Data Management, Business Intelligence and ideally analysis development
Salary
The salary for this position is between £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, dependent on the experience, plus excellent benefits and progression opportunities.
