Solutions Manager – Legal/Tech - Birmingham

Solutions Manager required for an international organisation based in Birmingham, where you will be responsible for the ongoing strategic development and delivery of the organisations key client facing technology solutions. This will involve a focus on platforms and solutions that support client-facing knowledge strategies. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team and organisation pursuing an exciting transformation of their technology.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in the Legal sector, with a desire to work with market-leading innovation tech solutions. This may be a professional support lawyer who has experience working with tech solutions, or a legal technologist with experience of supporting client-facing knowledge.

Key Skills of the role

• Previous experience working in the legal industry, with an excellent understanding of the knowledge needs of in-house teams, and strong awareness of the value of client-facing knowledge to support business development.
• Experience of delivery technology solutions to support client-facing knowledge, including platforms and mobile apps.
• Experience working with 3^rd party suppliers/off shore tech teams would be highly desirable.
• Experience with stakeholder and supplier management/engagement and negotiation skills.
• Previous line management and mentoring experience (the team will be small with plans for growth)

Salary

The salary for this position is between £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits and flexible working.
