Business Process/Design Analyst - Technology - Leeds

Business Process/Design Analyst required for an international organisation based in Leeds City Centre who are currently progressing through an exciting period of growth and transformation. Within the role you will work with internal teams to identify opportunities for improvement through better utilisation of resource, improved business processes employing best practice. Utilising your tech/IT experience to date, you will assess new ideas utilising automation, and then work with 3^rd parties to realise these efficiencies.

The ideal candidate will have experience developing process maps and will be comfortable identifying ways to improve business processes. Ideally you will have experience working within a professional services/corporate or legal services environment. The role will be 2/3 days in the office after covid – very much a flexible working environment.

Key Skills of the role

• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail and a focus on delivering results.
• Strong IT skills with the ability to understand the benefits of and adapt to new tech solutions quickly.
• Experience developing process maps, flow diagrams and related documentation for process redesign.
• Be resilient and determine to see through the end-to-end solution.
• Writing test cases and ensuring they are aligned to requirements.
• Understanding of the Agile Development Process
• Understanding of Lean Six Sigma

Salary

The salary for this position is between £35,000 – £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits and flexible working.
