Dev Ops / Python Developer – Legal Tech – London/Flexible
Crimson is delighted to partner with a rapidly expanding Legal Technology business who are investing heavily in their team and systems development. They are looking to secure leading talent to assist in their further growth plans, and as part of the expansion my client is looking to hire a talented Dev Ops Engineer / Python Developer to work remotely and two days a week in the office in Central London. Within the role, you will be responsible for maintaining the product, while also working in a team to help build new leading tech products.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience developing engineering applications as well as understanding of best practices around system security measures. Not only this but a high-level understanding of working with various operating systems and their implications.
Key Responsibilities of the role include:
- Analyse and improve company technology
- Demonstrating solutions to other members of the team
- Working closely with CTO to maintain hardware and software for projects.
- Debugging applications
- Writing effective Python codes, designing and implementing robust applications
- Data storage solutions
- Integrating user-facing elements with server-side logic
Key Skills required:
- Proficient in Python
- Experience with relational databases and SQL
- Knowledge of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Experience with working with Linux
- Ability to write and maintain Dockerfiles
- Experience maintaining and monitoring Kubernetes clusters
- Familiarity with most of the following libraries: Flask, Celery, SQLAlchemy, spaCy
- Ability to program in Java is a plus
Salary:
Our client is offering a salary of £60,000 per annum, with a variety of excellent benefits available on offer such as medical insurance, free gym membership, pension and generous holiday allowance.
