Finance Administrator – IFA – Harrogate

Finance Administrator required for a well-established organisation based in Harrogate, where you will play a key part in the day-to-day support and administration of a range client focused activities, to ensure an efficient and excellent client service. This will include the preparation of documentation for client appointments, arranging client meetings and ensuring internal records/data is kept up-to-date.

I am ideally looking for someone with previous administration experience gained from working within a Financial Services/IFA environment. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in an exciting and challenging role.

Key Skills of the role

• Previous experience in a fast-paced financial services administration role, particularly interested in those candidates have worked in an IFA/Financial advisory administration role.
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, ability to work with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of the UK regulatory system, particularly aspects relevant to Financial Services.
• Desirable to have NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration, or relatable financial qualifications.
• You will be a resilient, determined individual who is keen to progress in the world of financial services.

Salary

The salary for the position is up to £27,000 per annum, depending on experience, including excellent benefits and flexible working.
