ERP IT Support Analyst – Flexible/Home-Working

Salary between 35k – 38k, home working with some travel to site

ERP IT Support Analyst required for a global business, where you will be responsible for providing support for core ERP business applications, as part of a wider business applications team. Within the role you will be responsible for supporting existing ERP solutions, as well as assisting in the implementation of new solutions, as the business progresses to Microsoft Dynamics. The role can be based from home, but there will be occasional travel to site when required.

The ideal candidate will have previous working in an IT Support role, with experience supporting ERP Systems – any experience with Microsoft NAV would be highly desirable. Ideally candidates will be based either in Kent, Kingston upon Thames or Spalding – due to site location.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide front facing IT support of existing ERP system and IT solutions within the business
  • Facilitating and replicating software support call issues
  • Documenting both software and business processes
  • Assist in onsite end user training and support
  • Preparation of training materials
  • Play a role in external process improvements, training, and any other similar requirements
  • Will assist with the maintenance and support of IT systems and infrastructure
  • Will be required to learn new technologies as appropriate and to develop and implement new working practices and systems

Key Skills of the role

  • Previous experience in an IT support role is essential for this role
  • Experience in ERP Applications and/or Software solutions for Food Industry, Supply Chain or FMCG sectors
  • Experience of D365/AX would be an advantage
  • Experienced with Microsoft SQL Server 2009 R2, SSRS to write and understand Microsoft SQL including SQL queries, stored procedures, and views an advantage
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels within a commercial environment

Salary

The salary/package for this position is flexible between £35,000 – £38,000 per annum, depending on experience, excellent benefits and flexible working opportunities.
