Junior Product Owner/Business Analyst – Technical - Birmingham

Junior Product Owner/Business Analyst required for a leading organisation based in Birmingham city centre, where you will play a key part in the configuration and requirements gathering for new products and IT solutions. The role will play a long-term part within an ongoing digital transformation, working with innovation and leading solutions.

The ideal candidate will have good technical knowledge and business analysis techniques.

Key Skills of the role

• The ideal candidate will have a technical background, with a problem-solving mindset.
• You will have gained some experience gathering requirements/driving systems changes through within an IT/Tech environment.
• Desire to work in a technically focused Business Analyst or Product Owner position.
• You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work with a range of internal and external stakeholders/3^rd party suppliers.
• It would also be highly desirable if you had some software development understanding – experience with Java or Javascript would be a particular advantage.
• The ideal candidate will also have a desire to learn, with a real enthusiasm and self awareness.

Salary

The salary for this position is up to £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits package and flexible working.
