Associate Digital Project Manager – Nottingham/Flexible

Junior/Associate Project Manager required for a leading technology provider based in the East Midlands. Within the role, you will gain the opportunity with well-known global businesses, working with innovative and leading technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have previous experience engaging with and coordinating technical and design project teams, with experience of managing the end-to-end project cycle. This role will ideally suit a project coordinator or Junior Project Manager that is looking for the next step in their project management career. The role will be a mix of home working and travelling a couple of days in the office in Nottingham.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing multiple projects, ideally alongside knowledge of Waterfall and Agile Project Management methodologies. A passion for modern digital learning and software technology is also beneficial.

Key Responsibilities of the Role

  • Use of project coordination and management skills to manage multiple projects of varying size and complexity including digital learning, animations, and software developments.
  • Effective communication and collaboration with clients and internal teams.
  • Management of project budgets and delivery plans.
  • Leading projects to ensure clients and internal teams feel they are in safe hands.
  • Driving the delivery of quality, creativity, and innovation on your projects.

Key Skills of the Role

  • Experience engaging with and coordinating technical and design project teams.
  • Project management to deliver plans with confidence and clarity and run client meetings.
  • Proven record of managing the end-to-end project cycle – including budgets.
  • Accomplished and adaptable written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective people skills, to build relationships internally and externally.
  • Proven ability to work well within a team environment and a team player.
  • Attention to detail and a focus on quality.
  • The ability to work independently and proactively, including remotely.

Salary

The salary for this permanent position is between £28,000-£35,000 per annum. The organisation has an excellent benefits package on offer also.
