IT Support Team Leader – Central London
IT Support Team Leader required for a global organisation based in Central London, where you will be responsible for providing leading a small team of IT Support Analysts, who provide high level technical support for a range of internal stakeholders. Within the role, you will provide oversight and direction for all team members, whilst also providing technical resolution support for end user incidents.
The ideal candidate for this role will have strong technical experience, and ideally will have proven experience leading/managing/mentoring a small team, whilst still being hands-on. The role will be office based with some home working flexibility.
Key Skills
- Proven IT Support experience, preferably gained in a medium to large scale business.
- Previous experience leading, managing and mentoring IT support professionals.
- End point device hardware knowledge. Experience with Windows 10, O365, SCCM.
- Preferably experience of Mobile device management and end point enterprise management systems.
- Proven understanding of core application technologies, for example email, document management etc.
- Device administration in Active Directory, SCCM, MDM.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with a wide range of stakeholders.
Salary
The salary my client is offering for this position is up to £45,000, depending on experience plus excellent benefits. This is will be an office based role with some home-working flexibility.
