Digital Business Analyst – Agile/SCRUM - Nottingham

Digital Business Analyst required for a leading organisation based in Nottingham, where you will be responsible for defining business objectives and requirements, translating them into functional specifications and documentation. Working in an Agile environment, you will work alongside business product owners and other stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a digital business analyst with SCRUM/Agile experience.

Key Responsibilities of the role

• Gather requirements and analysing business needs, whilst understanding the technical landscape of the organisation.
• Collect user requirements using a variety of methods and translating them into user stories.
• Produce documentation to reflect business processes, sequence diagrams, user/data requirements and business benefits
• Build excellent working relationships with stakeholders and become a SME across a number of systems and processes.
• Conduct gap analysis between as-is and to-be.

Key Skills of the role

• Extensive experience as a digital business analyst with SCRUM/Agile experience.
• Demonstrable analytical skills, with the ability to express difficult terminology in clear terms to technical or non-technical stakeholders.
• Extensive requirements gathering experience and specification skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into detailed functional design using Agile User Stories/BDD.
• Excellent stakeholder management/communication skills.

Salary

The salary for this position is £55,000 - £60,000 per annum, dependent on the experience of the candidate and my client offer an excellent benefits package.
