About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer (Typescript/Node.js & TypeScript/React) with a preference for backend development to join our digital banking platform team.

You will initially focus on backend features — for example, enhancing a command-line interface and developing a labeling system that connects backend and frontend components. Experience with Next.js is a strong plus.

While the larger platform renewal project is currently on hold, the focus is now on improving and expanding the existing web banking platform with new features and tools that directly support business operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain new backend features in Node.js and Typescript

• Collaborate with the frontend team to integrate features using React and Typescript

• Design and implement a business-managed translation system for the platform

• Develop and extend a labeling system used across both backend and frontend components

• Manage and optimize dependencies to ensure clean, maintainable builds

• Engage proactively with two cross-functional teams (5–6 people each) and support team coordination and knowledge sharing

• Prepare to take on technical leadership responsibilities as part of your progression in the role
