£28,000 to £33,000 - Days Based - 28 days Holiday, standard pension (3% matched), 4x Death in Service salary, Non-contractual bonus(quarterly), cycle to work schene

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Engineer to join a rapidly growing company in the Crediton, Devon area.

• Days based, 2pm finish on Fridays

Role & Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and controlling shop floor processes.
• Advising all technical matters across departments.
• Making sure all products meet the standard requirements.
• Attending to all process issues straight away and liaise with production and quality to ensure quality is to the highest standard.
• Prioritise new developing new techniques to increase capability.
• Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving issues.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Previous engineering experience or a Bachelor's degree in science/engineering, or equivalent.
• Preferably 2+ years experience in engineering.
• Understanding of technical documentation.
• Problem solving, communication & interpersonal skills.
