Join a Dynamic Team as a Customer Service Advisor – £15.06 per hour
Location: Central Bristol (Hybrid working available after 3 months)
Hours: 37 per week - Monday–Friday - shifts between 08:30–18:00
Contract: Temporary to Permanent opportunities after initial 3 months

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Be the friendly first point of contact for inbound and outbound calls
- Provide clear, accurate advice and support to a diverse range of customers
- Handle complex queries and complaints with empathy and confidence
- Collaborate across departments to find the best solutions
- Keep customer records up to date and ensure every interaction is logged properly
