Tate is proud to partner with a local authority in their search for Repairs Coordinators to join the Responsive Repairs Team within the Housing Department. If you're organised, people-focused, and ready to make a real impact in your community, this could be your next move.

 What You'll Be Doing:

• Schedule repairs and tasks for on-site teams
• Keep residents informed every step of the way
• Maintain clear, accurate records of actions and conversations
• Spot and act on Health & Safety concerns
• Handle enquiries via email, phone, and text
• Raise repair orders, book appointments, and coordinate site visits

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong customer service skills
• Solid admin experience
• Housing or scheduling experience (a bonus!)
• Confident IT skills
