Accounts Receivable Clerk
Hamilton Woods Associates are working with a successful, global, growing organisation that are looking to add a new Accounts Receivable Clerk to their team based in Swindon.
The Role:
- Reviewing and resolving invoice queries and anomalies
- Working closely with departments based in other countries
- Approving invoicing prior to processing
- Creating sales orders, ensuring contract terms are correct
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting in meeting customer terms and contract conditions EG shipping terms
- Completing weekly and monthly revenue reconciliations
- Working across multiple contracts
- Chasing the signing of contracts and collection of payments
- Supporting with budgeting and demand forecasting
- Ensuring PO accuracy, matching PO’s and cross checking against contracts
- Dealing with disputes
The Requirements:
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident in asking questions and gaining and clarity
- Good interpersonal skills
- Competent on Excel
- Ability to multi-task and work to deadlines
- Proactive and problem solving in approach
- Ideally have experience in customer service, credit control and SAP usage
In return this role is offering a salary of £24’000 - £28’000 depending on experience and will be working Monday-Friday 8.30 – 4.40. The team are currently working a hybrid set up but the new starter will be office based until trained. This is an exciting opportunity to join a market leading business within a successful team.
