Step into a hands-on Electronics Engineering role where you’ll lead a team while shaping everything from production and quality to NPI and design — all within a close-knit, low-turnover environment that genuinely values its people.

Roles/Responsibilities

• Provide technical support across manufacturing, helping resolve complex electronic issues and improve overall performance
• Take ownership of how products are built, tested, and validated, identifying opportunities to improve processes and reliability
• Work closely with different teams to support new products being introduced into a manufacturing environment
• Contribute to ongoing improvements across processes, quality, and efficiency
• Support, guide and mentor for electronics engineers

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in electronics, test, or manufacturing engineering roles within an electronics production environment
• Strong hands-on approach, with the ability to fault find and solve technical problems
• Comfortable working across teams and contributing to product and process improvements
• Either existing leadership experience or the ambition to step into a leadership role
