Responsibilities

• Manage projects end-to-end from approved drawings through workshop production and on-site installation.
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Monitor project programmes, budgets, and resources to keep work on track and within scope.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards across all stages of the project.
• Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders, providing updates and resolving issues promptly.

What We’re Looking For

• Experienced in managing high-end bespoke joinery or interior fit-out projects from drawing to installation.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills, able to lead internal teams and subcontractors effectively.
• Hands-on understanding of workshop production, installation processes, and quality control.
• Confident in managing project programmes, budgets, and client relationships.
