This is a rare opportunity to take a lead quality role on a high-profile project, driving APQP processes from concept through to production while working alongside a multi-disciplinary project team. Ideal for someone who enjoys NPI ownership, collaboration, and making a real impact in regulated, high-integrity environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality activities across the full New Product Introduction lifecycle, from prototype through to production.
• Drive the implementation and delivery of APQP frameworks and manage PPAP submissions through to approval.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, production, procurement, and customer teams to ensure quality readiness.
• Lead investigations into non-conformance and support internal, supplier, and external audits.
• Safeguard compliance, safety standards, and quality accreditations throughout the programme.

What We’re Looking For

• Around 5+ years’ experience in a Quality Engineering role within regulated manufacturing environments.
• Experience applying APQP and PPAP frameworks within project or NPI delivery.
• Mechanical or engineering background (education or industry experience preferred).
• Exposure to high-integrity sectors such as nuclear, aerospace, defence, medical, or automotive.
