Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

Aylesbury- hybrid

£40,000-£50,000

We're looking for a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer who's ready to support management and work alongside a dynamic and friendly team of engineers. This is a role for someone with proven technical experience within Mechanical Design as well as a positive attitude towards their work and the team.

Roles/Responsibilities

• Design and adapt 3D CAD Models for bespoke projects using Solidworks/ Solidedge
• Create fabrication drawnigs and BOM lists
• Work to ASME, PED and TEMA industry standards
• Support the engineering manager in team structure and development
• Liase with R&D, Quality, and NDT teams as well as clients and customers

What We’re Looking For

• A releveant qualification in engineering
• 5 years+ experience in mechanical design
• Experience of designing pressure equipment 
• Experience of leadership would be beneficial- but we are also happy to look at people ready to take a step up!
