Salary: GBP14 - GBP15 per hour

6 month contract - strong possibility of extension

£15- PAYE 

Remote working is also possible for part of the week. 

These duties can include: 

  • Raise POs, process invoices for payment, track payments.
  • Help with formatting presentation decks. 
  • Manager approvals of marketing materials using internal approval system. 
  • Pack and ship event supplies (supplies stored locally at the Chilton site in Stockton on Tees)
  • Process and organise supplies that come back from events. 
  • Track event inventory and reorder supplies as needed.
  • Order printed materials for events.
  • Chase event presenters for presentations.
  • Track registrations for events. 
  • Work with internal departments such as the Finance Team to ensure payments and purchase orders are made in time.

 

Must Have: 

  • Minimum 1 -2 years’ experience preferable
  • Knowledge of powerpoint and sharepoint an advantage.
  • Strong organising skills to manage multiple projects at the same time.
  • Strong communication skills
