German-Speaking Customer Service Advisor

Location: Office-Based in Milton Keynes
Hourly Rate: £14.56 per hour

Contract: Temporary to Permanent

Working Hours

• Shift: 08:00 – 17:00 or 09:00 – 18:00, 5 days per week (including every other weekend)
• Flexibility to work until 18:00 on weekdays
• Training: Monday to Friday, 10:00 – 19:00 (first 4 weeks)
  Please ensure full availability during training – no holidays during this period

Your Role

As a German-Speaking Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers across the globe via phone, email, and web chat. You’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless and positive experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling inbound communications in German and English
• Supporting customers with orders, deliveries, returns, cancellations, and complaints
• Sharing information on promotions and exclusive offers
• Providing fast, friendly, and solution-focused support

What We’re Looking For

• Fluency in German (spoken and written)
• Conversational English – enough to communicate confidently with colleagues and customers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for customer service
• Previous experience in a similar role is a bonus – but not essential

• Annual salary: £29,722.68
