We are recruiting an experienced Forklift Driver / Warehouse Operative to join a busy warehouse operation. You will be a key part of the logistics team, responsible for safe and efficient material handling, stock control and general warehouse duties.

Key responsibilities:

• Operate a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently for loading, unloading and internal movements
• Pick, pack and prepare orders accurately
• Receive, check and put away goods; carry out stock rotations and basic cycle counts
• Complete documentation and basic data entry related to stock movements
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area and report any safety issues
• Assist with manual handling tasks and support other warehouse functions as required

Essential skills and experience:

• Valid Counterbalance Licence (essential)
• Proven experience operating counterbalance forklifts in a warehouse environment
• Good attention to detail and basic numeracy for stock checks and paperwork
• Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling tasks
• Reliable, punctual and able to work well within a team
• Awareness of safe working practices and willingness to follow health and safety procedures

Desirable:

• Previous pick/pack experience
• Manual handling certification
• Basic IT skills (handheld scanners or warehouse management systems)

• Full-time hours; Monday to Friday 6am - 2pm day
