Agile Coach – Europe – 6+ Months (Freelance)
Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for an Agile Coach for an exciting project with a global FMCG client of ours.
Requirements for the Agile Coach
- minimum of 10+ years of agile experience, including at least 5 years as a coach.
- Must possess a deep understanding of agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
- Demonstrated success in leading agile transformations in digital and technology environments is essential.
- Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry is highly desirable.
- Strong grasp of digital project lifecycles and technology development processes required.
- Excellent communication skills are a must.
- Candidates must be willing to travel within the Middle East as needed, with the option to work remotely when not traveling.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE II, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) are mandatory.
Job responsibilities:
- Take charge of leading and supporting the integration of agile methodologies throughout digital and technology projects at Enterprise level.
- Provide coaching to teams and individuals at various hierarchical levels, including senior management, to instill agile principles and practices.
- Play a pivotal role in facilitating organizational change aimed at fostering a more agile, lean thinking company culture.
- Create and execute strategic initiatives for agile transformation, ensuring they align with the company's digital and technological vision.
- Evaluate the current state of agility within the organization and devise roadmaps for ongoing enhancement.
- Continuously educate and train teams to deepen their grasp of agile methodologies. Cultivate a collaborative and learning-oriented environment to encourage innovation and effective problem-solving.
- Establish and implement metrics for gauging the efficacy of agile practices within digital and technology projects. Utilize data to steer coaching endeavors and monitor the advancement of agile transformation efforts.
- Actively involve stakeholders to ensure their requirements are addressed and they comprehend the advantages of agile methodologies.
- Foster trust and transparency with stakeholders through consistent communication and feedback mechanisms.
- Leverage expertise in digital and technology domains to offer insights into optimal agile project management strategies. Remain updated on emerging technology trends to ensure agile practices remain pertinent and forward-thinking.
