Reach Truck Driver – Warehouse Operative

Location: Hayes

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–6:00pm (30-minute unpaid break)

Pay: £14 per hour

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Reach Truck Driver to join our busy warehouse operation in Hayes. You will play a key role in the smooth running of our distribution process, ensuring products are stored, picked, and dispatched accurately and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a reach truck safely and efficiently
• Load, unload, and move stock within the warehouse
• Pick and pack orders accurately to meet customer requirements
• Assist with goods-in and stock rotation
• Maintain a clean and organised working environment
• Follow all company health & safety procedures
• Work collaboratively with the warehouse team to meet daily targets

Requirements:

• Valid, in-date reach truck licence
• Previous warehouse and reach truck driving experience
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
