Your Responsibilities as Management / Legal Assistant

As a Management Assistant, you will play a central role in supporting the lawyers and ensuring the smooth running of their daily activities.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing complex agendas and coordinating meetings
  • Organizing business travel, hotels, and itineraries
  • Preparing, formatting, and proofreading legal documents, presentations, and correspondence
  • Managing emails, client communications, and administrative follow-up
  • Opening and maintaining client files in compliance with internal procedures
  • Handling billing follow-up, expense reports, and timesheets
  • Coordinating meetings with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Supporting the organization of events and seminars
  • Providing general administrative assistance to the legal team
  • Ensuring complete confidentiality when handling sensitive information

 



Your Profile as Management / Legal Assistant

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a Management Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Legal Assistant
  • Experience within a law firm, consultancy, or other professional services environment is a strong asset
  • Excellent command of French, Dutch, and English, both written and spoken
  • Bachelor in Office Management, Management Assistant, Languages, or equivalent experience
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize
  • Proactive, service-oriented, and able to anticipate needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Professional, discreet, and able to work independently
