This well-established law firm located in the heart of Brussels is known for its collaborative culture, international exposure, and strong client relationships. To support several senior partners, they are looking for a reliable and organised Executive Assistant to coordinate agendas, meetings, and key operational needs. You’ll play a central role in ensuring efficiency and excellence in daily activities.
Your Role as Executive Assistant :
As the right hand to 2 to 3 senior partners, your responsibilities will include:
- Agenda and calendar management (local & international meetings, planning, follow-up)
- Travel arrangements for partners (flights, hotels, itineraries)
- Database maintenance: keep client and contact details updated
- Event & meeting logistics: support in the organisation of internal events (New Year celebration, kick-offs, partner off-sites, etc.)
- Internal communications: publish updates and documents on the company intranet
Your Profile as Executive Assistant
- Proven experience in a similar executive or management assistant role
- Experience in Law firm or Consulting firm is a plus
- Fluent in French, Dutch and English (written & spoken)
- Naturally structured, proactive and stress-resistant
- Able to anticipate needs, multitask, and communicate clearly
- Discreet, dependable and service-minded
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and client-focused consulting environment
