Our client, a leading international company undergoing an exciting phase of growth and development, is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to its C-Level leadership team on a 6-month fixed-term assignment.



This position requires a highly professional, discreet and proactive individual who is comfortable operating in a dynamic environment where priorities can evolve quickly.



Your Responsibilities as Executive Assistant:

As Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the leadership team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing complex and constantly evolving calendars.
  • Coordinating meetings, board meetings and executive appointments.
  • Organising international travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodation and logistics.
  • Preparing presentations, reports and executive documentation.
  • Acting as a key liaison between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Screening and prioritising communications on behalf of senior management.
  • Coordinating confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
  • Following up on action points and ensuring timely completion of key deliverables.
  • Supporting the organisation of executive events, leadership meetings and strategic initiatives.
  • Anticipating needs and proactively identifying solutions to facilitate executive decision-making.


Your Profile as Executive Assistant

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-Level executives.
  • Strong experience managing complex agendas and international stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools
